Our unique capabilities produce absolutely spectacular table covers - we're happy comparing our colour accuracy, fabric, image clarity, durability and overall product quality with ANY other table covers available anywhere. Plus, our covers use high quality 12oz. 100% polyester knit fabric that's washable, ironable, wrinkle-resistant plus it's inherently flame-retardant -even after washing (and more exhibit halls require this type of flame-retardancy in your display).

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT STRETCH FIT TABLE COVERS:

What makes these StretchFit table covers so visually striking is that they perfectly fit a particular size of table. While most folding tables are similar sizes, and the stretch fabric can expand more or less to handle minor table size differences, you should know the table dimensions (including the spacing of the feet) within about + or – 6” in order to be assured that the cover will look great. Unless we are told otherwise we assume the following:

For a standard folding table we assume foot width (left to right) is 14" less than table top width, and foot depth (front to back) is 8” less than the table top depth, but we can make it to any dimensions you require.

You could also just purchase your own plastic folding table (the top splits in two and they fold down to approx. 30” x 36” x 4”, from Canadian Tire, Staples, Home Depot) and take that to shows instead of using the supplied table. That way we can make the cover perfectly fit the table, and between shows you can leave the cover set up on your table in a conference/meeting room, etc.

Table cover pricing assumes covers are identical, if not, just add $25 onto the Total Price for each EXTRA FILE SETUP required (the first one is included in the prices).

All prices assume table cover’s custom areas are digitally dyed in full colour from supplied computer design file (complete design must be built into our Adobe Illustrator design template which we will email to you on request, ready to run, to our specs – using washable, ironable extended life dyes; permanently dyed into 100% polyester wrinkle-resistant, fire-retardent fabric, finished with hems sewn all around. Standard colour fabric areas (if applicable) would use one of our plain standard fabric colours with no custom content in those areas.

Exclusions: FOB our office. For any orders we ship, we will automatically put shipment insurance on it unless notified in writing by the customer that they want to assume the risk of lost shipment cost.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars - Applicable taxes extra (for shipments to the US, no taxes apply).
Design/file prep time extra if required (note: just supplying a computer file for a logo does not qualify as a “ready to run design file” – it needs to be professionally built to our specs, into our design template). For a slight additional charge we can professionally design and proof the content to you, before producing (this design time is billed at our normal hourly graphic design rate - usually around $40 for most typical table covers, assuming you provide us with a professional quality Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps logo to work with). Estimates valid for 30 days only.

Completion: As required, usually ready to ship in 5 – 7 business days.

Packaging: individual poly bagged, bulk boxed (individual boxes or shipping tubes available at extra $5 per unit)
